TERMS & CONDITIONS



All reservations and travel arrangements made through us - or through any affiliates such as travel agencies, tour operator and other booking agencies - are subject to the acceptance of the following Reservation and Payment Policies. The 'Terms & Conditions for Web Site User' regulate the use of our internet pages.

PRIVACY STATEMENT
We take the protection of our customers' personal information very seriously and do not provide third parties with any details of your reservation. For additional information please use the following link and refer to our Privacy Statement.

RESERVATION REQUESTS
You can reserve your motorhome by phone, fax or our secured online reservation form. All reservations and requests are subject to our written tour confirmation and the acceptance of the following detailed reservation and payment policies. Each client accepts these terms at the time of reservation and/or through the payment of the initial deposit. Please forward any changes via e-mail or fax to us, in order to guarantee the correct handling and processing of all reservations. All reservation changes after our initial written confirmation are also subject to a written re-confirmation.
Reservations may be made for a particular vehicle category (i.e. "group") only, not for a specific vehicle.

RESERVATION INFORMATION
Please submitt the following information to us:
- Full Name, Home Address, Phone Number, Email of the primary Renter
- Rental Dates - Departure/Return Dates or Total Rental Days
- RV Departure and Return Location
- RV Type and Size
- Total # of Passengers
- Arrival / Departure Details (Flight Info or Hotel Address)
- Desired Free Km Amount, # of Convenience Kits, Insurance Type
Due to increased security on various levels we may request additional information as deemed necessary and/or required in order to handle and complete the entire reservation.

ADDITONAL RESERVATIONS
As additional service we offer our clients to reserve transfer hotels, ferry passages and sightseeing tours. We also will confirm this reservations generally within 24 to 48 hours.

TAXES & SERVICE CHARGES
USA including Alaska: All rates and services are quoted in ($) U.S Dollar.
Canada: All rates and services are quoted in ($) CAD Dollar.
- Unless otherwise specified and / or confirmed in written.
 
All applicable taxes and mandatory service charges are already included in our hotel and ferry rates, unless otherwise specified. Applicable tax rates are subject to change without further notice. We reserve the right to adjust our rates if the current Sales Tax, GST and / or PST Tax rates are changing.

All rates are including the current Canadian GST (Goods & Service Tax) and PST (Provincial Sales Tax).
GST Tax rebates for overseas clients are incorporated - if applicable.

PAYMENT POLICY
A deposit of 25 % of the total invoice is required to secure and guarantee your travel arrangements. The deposit must be paid within 10 days after receiving the invoice. Note: In some instances we may require a higher deposit. Please refer to your invoice for details. For payment we accept checks, money order, direct bank deposits and wire payments. All reservations must be paid in full 45 days prior to arrival. This means that the amount due has to be in our account 45 days prior to arrival. International money transfers and checks may take two - three weeks to clear. Please contact your bank.

Short notice reservations, made less than 45 days in advance require full payment at the time of reservation. Please fax a copy of the wire transfer - signed and stamped by the bank -, cashier checks, money orders or online money transfers as a guarantee of payment.

Please Note: Full payment has to be received by our company on / or before the due date(s) otherwise the passengers will not be accepted / accommodated. Any service fees, bank charges or processing/transfer fees are the responsibility of the sender. Occurred charges will be charged back to the sender. In case the deposit and/or balances are not paid at the due date indicated on our invoice, we reserve the right to cancel any part - or the entire tour arrangements. Any unauthorized deductions from invoices or late payments may result in an automatic cancellation. Cancellation fees are applying according to our cancellation policy. All cancellation fees are due immediately after receipt of the appropriate invoice. Remember: You are entering into a legal and binding contract with us. According to our company policies we will strictly enforce payments on overdue accounts.

LATE RESERVATION FEE
A $50.00 late payment fee will automatically be added to the reservation should payments (balance and deposits) are not received in time. A $30.00 handling charge is added to all reservations made 21 days or less prior to arrival. The charge is intended to cover last minute phone and fax expenses, documentation, payment processing, and/or reservation fees.

REFUNDS
Non refundable are any unused tour services. Cancellations or changes after the departure date are subject to applicable cancellation fees. All refund requests are only honored within 14 days of cancellation - or 07 days after the date that the service was supposed to be provided to the client. Clients need to submit refund requests in writing to the address provided on our invoice - accompanied by the appropriate documentation. Please allow a processing time of approximately (4) four weeks.

COMPLAINT RESOLUTION
We advise every client to inform the RV center and our company immediately – within 24 hours - after an incident, complication or problem occurred. Complaints after departure or delayed complaints - for whatever reason - are not honored. Please refer to the toll free service line on your rental documents.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Not included in our advertised rates are: gasoline, insurance, tax, tolls, transfers, additional driver fees, northern surcharges, one-way fees, child seats and preparation fee or convenience kits - unless otherwise specified. Specific advertised Km / Mileage rates as well as preperation fees and convenience kit rates are only available with advance reservation. Local charges may be different.

HOTEL RESERVATION
If our advertised hotel is sold out, we reserve the right to substitute hotels of a similar category - or upgrade clients at our discretion. Specific room assignments are the sole discretion of the hotel management. We are unable to guarantee a specific room type and/or location. We will inform the client of any changes no later than 10 days prior to the arrival date.

UPGRADES DOWNGRADES
We will make every effort to provide the customer with the model requested. All RV rental companies are reserving the right to substitute models of similar or higher grade (in some instances to a smaller unit) at their discretion - if the originally booked unit is sold out or if the unit is not immediately available. In this case there will be no additional charge for a larger vehicle, and the change shall not constitute a breach of contract and does not entitle the client to a refund. Should a model of lower grade be offered and accepted, liability will be limited to refund of price differential between model paid for and model taken. If the client receives a larger vehicle than booked and that vehicle results in higher ancillary costs (such as ferry charges and tolls or operating costs), these costs are the sole responsibility of the renter.

PUBLISHED INFORMATION
All rates and terms are subject to change without further notice. All exterior/interior layouts, floorplans, images and other information of RV sizes, the total capacity published on our internet sites are to be used as a guideline only. Sleeping capacities do not mean like number of adults or full sized teenagers can be accommodated comfortably. Accordingly we cannot assume any responsibility for the information.

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
All drivers must be 25 years of age, maximum of 65 years, have a valid drivers license, clean driving record, and a major credit card. All drivers must be listed on the vehicle rental contract.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Obtaining passports, visas, travel documents, complying with customs and other regulations shall be the sole responsibility of the client. Passengers who hereby undertakes not to hold us and our affiliates liable under any circumstances whatsoever, for visas not applied for, refused and/or delayed documents and/or entries to/from the countries visited, for the sole responsibility to grant the travel documents rests and vests with the authorities concerned.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Our company, its employees or agents and its other affiliated/non-affiliated reservation offices acting only as agents - and therefore none of them shall be liable for any injury, damage, loss, loss claims, accident or delay which may be generated by reason of any company or person who engaged in conveying the travelers, or otherwise in connection therewith, or of any hotel owner, manager or employee.
Our company accepts no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in train -, bus -, ship -, airplane - or other services, sickness, weather, war, quarantine, government action or other causes.

FLIGHT RESERVATIONS
All flight reservations made through our companies are based on restricted airfares. These fares may require full payment within 24 hours after confirmation or at the time of reservation. All fares are non-refundable after a reservation is confirmed. We cannot assume any responsibilities for fare increases. Note: Long distance flight reservations in conjunction with RV reservations are non-refundable - even if the reservation has been cancelled through our company or the supplier for whatever reason.

CANCELLATIONS
The following cancellation (No-Show) charges are applicable to every confirmed direct, telephone, fax, online and / or internet reservation without exceptions. We highly recommend obtaining sufficient cancellation insurance.

Ferry Reservation
If cancelled up to 90 Days before rental start date - no Charge
If cancelled up to 60 Days before rental start date - 50 % of all applicable charges
If cancelled less than 60 Days in Advance – no refund

Motor Home Reservation
If cancelled up to 60 Days before rental start date - 25 % of Rental
If cancelled up to 30 Days before rental start date - 50 % of Rental
If cancelled up to 21 Days before rental start date - 75 % of Rental
If cancelled less than 21 Days before rental start date or No-Show - 100 % of Rental

One Way Fees
One Way Reservation Fees are generally non refundable
